Quantity Surveyor (Full or Part Time)

Closing date: 31/08/2025 | Location: Midlands or South East | Position: Full Time or Part Time

We are seeking to bolster our commercial team by appointing a QS to develop as our business continues to grow. Based in the Midlands or the South East, with a requirement to travel to sites across the UK, the successful candidate will work alongside our project managers and report directly to the Commercial Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years in the Heritage sector, possess strong commercial awareness and a passion for historic buildings.

Location: Taplow, Buckinghamshire. (there is also an office space in Cromford, Derbyshire and therefore applicants from the Midlands or further North may be interested in applying). Travel to sites across the UK. | Position: Full time (flexible working by agreement)| Hybrid working: Office, Site, Home | Salary range: £40-£50k depending on experience.

We are seeking to appoint a Project Manager to join our Architectural Project Team.

The role involves the management of a portfolio of projects, supporting our estimating teams and finalising projects with treatment reports and reviews. As a Project Manager, you will oversee practical conservation to the highest standards and ensure works are delivered on time and to budget, ensuring excellent customer service.

A good grasp of the commercial management, quantity surveying, pricing and estimating is preferred for these roles. Programming, procurement and quality control are also key elements of this position. Previous experience in the UK heritage/construction/conservation industry is essential,

Conservators Required

Location: All regions

We are looking for Senior Conservators to join our growing team. You will have proven experience in the conservation and heritage sector and ideally be ICON ACR accredited, or on the pathway to accreditation in the fields of stone, plaster, wall paintings or the decorative arts.

Our ideal candidate will be adept at undertaking condition surveys, report writing and delivering high standards of conservation work on site and in the workshop. You will be able to specify conservation interventions to objects and buildings alike.

As a Senior Conservator for Cliveden Conservation you will have a passion for conservation and be a self-motivated and proactive problem solver, who is capable of running a portfolio of projects from estimating and delivery, through to submission of treatment report
